Organoleptic Examination of Gioì – San Salvatore
The color is marked by a brilliant, languid, and soft pink, similar to Provençal. Compact and airy mousse. The perlage is distinguished by excellent expressive finesse, with tiny, dense, and persistent bubbles rising to the surface. A sumptuous bouquet intricately embroidered with fruity nuances of underbrush and citrus. Floral whispers of wisteria and lavender. Aromas of pastry and fresh bread are fragrant and joyful. The sip is intense, fragrant, soft, cleansing, and gracefully savory. Persistent and satisfying finish.
